A 90’s split level with challenging structural proportions became an opportunity for a more cohesive, modern exterior. With new windows, doors, and siding already planned, the project focused on making the most of that investment. Refining window choices and alignment, reconsidering exterior lighting placement, and practical material choices created a home that feels resolved and in touch with its grounding environment.
